Welcome to AllFree, a mobile application where neighbors can share and discover free items within their community. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the AllFree mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17+ years old to use the AllFree app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Account
To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App
AllFree allows users to post and browse free items offered by neighbors within their community. You agree to use the app in a lawful manner and to refrain from posting any content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful to others.

Prohibited Activities:
- Posting or distributing any unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Collecting or harvesting personal data about other users without their consent.
- Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the app's functionality.

5. Posting and Transactions
When posting items on AllFree, you agree to provide accurate descriptions and not to misrepresent the condition or availability of the items. All transactions between users are solely between the buyer and seller. AllFree is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses that may arise from these transactions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the AllFree app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of AllFree or its content suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the app without prior written permission from AllFree.

7. Limitation of Liability
AllFree provides the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AllFree does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllFree disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

AllFree will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Termination
AllFree reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful to other users or AllFree.

9. Changes to the Terms
AllFree may modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised terms on the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. End User License Agreement (EULA)
By downloading, installing, or using the AllFree app, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement. AllFree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or create derivative works based on the app.

AllFree reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.
